to activate and strengthen the body’s immune system and promote Qi flow throughout
the body’s organs & meridians.

In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained, offering
simple, practical advice that we can use to develop peaceful and positive minds.
The classes are self contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to
book or bring anything. Beginners welcome, $12 per class.
